My husband and I found Ann via the www when we found out that we were being transferred to Colorado Springs via my husband's job - and having only bought one house before, the idea of doing all the preparatory work via phone and email was daunting - however, Ann made the entire househunting and purchasing experience from start to finish a pleasure with not one single glitch happening.
