Larry Hawkins and Lance Littel and all of the GrayHawk group ripped me off as a design consultant on their Texas property-Avalon. I went to their TX site, worked until 2 and 3 am, was not paid for work I performed and delivered, they own and manage condos in Gainesville, (Magnolia Place) watch out!
This is the sleaziest roup of developers and sales people I have run into in my 29 years of real estate marketing. Marketing director after director left when they discovered they were working for thieves and inexperienced blowhards.
I'm thrilled to find a forum to write what happened.
I threatened to write an letter to the Mayor of Floresville Texas about GrayHawk and Larry Hawkins threatened me back.
I hope they all end up stuck in some Pulte Homes piece of crap. Or a trailer. Or Jail.

Great Salesperson. The problems arised when our Townhome had issues- she mislead us many times after this (you can chose another unit(which we couldnt), this will be fixed (when it wouldnt). She ended up misleading us so many times, treated my wife (and others) in an unproffesional manner, etc.
A realtor is someone to help you along transaction- not just sell you in teh beginning and once you have signed, not care for or mislead you.
Have worked with Audra on multiple transactions. Unfortunately, her reputation may be tarnished due to her association with Larry Hawkins and The Grayhawk Group of Companies...who is undoubtedly a crook.
Audra Garofalo had sold me a townhome at Emerald Lakes Townhomes and she lied to me and every other buyer about the facilities and emenimties they were offering. One a pool and rec area with a playground and the use of the clubhouse for our use for a party or special event. The clubhouse has been used solely as Grayhawk Developments home base offices to profiteer off other victimise potential buyers. Larry Hawkins, President of Grayhawk Development who is the owner/builder whom Audra was under contract and an officer of his real estate corporation with him to sell his properties is a "crook" and this will be proven in a court of law. Among a shopping list of mistakes and problems with not producing his finished product of finalizing the townhomes timely and it took over 3 years to complete, Audra continued to lie on his behalf over and over again with the threat of losing out deposits that accumlated to millions of dollars. Now we all have a badly constructed town home, poor maintenance, no pool, and sticker patch with construction debris for a playground and aggressive towing of numerous homeowners vehicles because they do not have the accurate overflow of parking extra vehicles and no guest parking spaces. The list goes on and on and we are all left spending thousands of dollars extra at closing that can not be justified by Larry Hawkins and/or Audra Garofalo who profiteered of all of us with commissions and left us with a property that is worth less than what we invested in. Every single homeowner has had it and the ball fell on Audra's lap to produce what she promised us all and now she bails and starts working for another real estate firm to victimize new potential owners at another project. Karma will provail if the judge does not do it first!
