Horrible experience. Not Professional!

Rented one of her properties. Upon move in, grass was half dead, linoleum in entry need to be fixed. After move out, kept $1500 deposit and added additional charges of $1100 to fix grass and linoleum. Not honest and unfair. Do not recommend.
