There should be a rating of 0 star for Cindy Blyle. She is by far the worst and most incompetent, property manager I've ever had the misfortune to work with.

Cindy Blyle managed my house on 4228 Stonegate ST SE, Lacey WA 98503. A brand new house when I bought it and I lived in it for 2 years before renting it out.

When I returned from 2 years in Afghanistan, all of my neighbors felt sorry for me because the renters totally destroyed the back yard, window sills chewed up by a pet, candle wax drips on the carpet all over the house, cracks and holes in the walls, curtain rods missing, screen door missing and holes in the doors.

I don't really mind the damage...right just get it fixed professionally!!! The infuriating and increadible part is that Cindy Blyle insists that it is fair wear and tear. She is trying to tell me that I could easily fix the damage MYSELF. I told her that I was moving back into the house early July 2008. I'm still waiting for the house to be fully fixed and for my part of the security deposit.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS PERSON!!! CINDY BLYLE WILL NOT RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS...YOU PRACTICALLY HAVE TO BEG HER TO GIVE YOU A CALL TO DISCUSS ANYTHING.
